This shift resulted in a triple digit increase in placements for physical and occupational therapists. Nurse recruiting was focused on executive level nurses only. Recruiting for pharmacists and hospital management executives also marked a significant growth and will continue to play a role in the diversification of the Company’s recruiting activities.

The economic success of the Company has opened broader horizons for increasing the variety of recruiting models, enabling it to now finance its Choices program – a hybrid staffing solution, which is very attractive to the clients of the Company. The main advantage of the Choices program is its flexibility. It allows clients to get to know and “test” a contract employee, looking for a permanent position and provides employees the opportunity to see if a facility is a perfect match for their career goals.

Additionally, the key personnel of the company have more than 30 years combined experience in the medical recruiting profession. Currently, Medical Connections employs 50 people in-house and employs more than 70 medical professionals nationwide and uses the resources of multiple recruiters nationwide to source candidates.
