It seemed like a pretty simple concept: design unique fashion forward children’s clothing  made of bright, hip patterns with vintage flair and embellishments – and then sell them to our friends and family.

So, in a hot Texas garage in 2003, two friends began a business that does just that - customizing girls’ blue jeans by night, and being Moms by day.

Of course, as Moms we needed a ‘creative’ outlet. It turned out, that EVERYBODY loved our designs. So, demand grew for our new clothing line, and so grew our workload as well.

So, we started a company. While the babies slept, we worked – and My Vintage Baby, Inc. was born.

Over the last several years we’ve worked our tails off to tailor My Vintage Baby into the nationally recognized brand it is today. Our award-winning designs have made their way into Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus and over 800 high-end boutiques.

But just like fashion and apparel trends change each season, so changes the way we do business. So this year, we changed things up a bit with how My Vintage Baby apparel is sold and purchased. Allow us to give you a little background on how we came to this change.

You see, as moms we're not big mall shoppers. You know the routine: pack up the diaper bag, sit in traffic, can't find a parking space, fight the crowds, stop to feed the baby, try to shop, OOPS - stop to change the baby's diaper, back to shopping, OH NO! The school calls - your child is sick, stroller back in the car, sit in traffic, home you go.

End result: No shopping done. Fun? We don't think so.

We wanted our customers to be able to purchase boutique clothing in a unique and fun environment with oodles of personal attention. So we created the ultimate in personal shopping, where you can shop for clothing for your family and have fun all at the same time.

And, in creating this special shopping experience for our clients, we also created income opportunities for women who want to work from home selling the world's fastest growing children's brand.
