OC Beverage markets alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and its predecessor companies had marketed and bottled beverages over the past eight years. These companies, OC Beverage Inc. for non-alcoholic beverages and Data Commodities, a Federal licensed importer and distribution markets a line of Alcoholic Beverages that include brands such as Baronoff Vodka, Ying Yang Vodka. In 2009, the company decided to drop the manufacturing/bottling of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages. The manufacturing/bottling was the least profitable segment of the business. In addition, it was extremely capital intensive and had a very low ROI (return on investment).

The Company recognizes that the value is in the brands, patents and trademarks. It therefore dropped the manufacturing/bottling portion of its operations and will utilize contract bottlers in the future. This is the strategy employed by a number of major beverage companies.

In 2008, OCB secured an exclusive right to the patent Thione Complex for North America with
International options. The Thione Complex patent is the first Patent that duplicates the body’s defense system. Throughout the balance of 2008 and 2009, OCB developed the Thione Complex into beverages that are now going into production in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2009, the Company created a Sprits Division to Market our Alcohol Beverages. These products should be ready to distribute in the fall of 2010.

In addition, at the end of 2009, OCB has signed a significant Strategic Alliance with a Company called Quantum TecH20 of San Diego California which holds and equally valuable world-wide Patent for a Nobel Prize winning water technology. This patented technology allows our Alliance to bring the worlds first Hydrogen infused water and a special processing for bottling Ionized Water that increases the body’s Hydration and increases the Ph balance in your body, along with many other benefits.

The company currently has co-packing agreements to bottle its water products in San Diego County, Texas, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and New York. A company in Rim Rock, Arizona is currently preparing to bottle our water products and production is scheduled to commence in mid April with a launch in spring 2010. The names of the brands are;

• Release, infused with the Thione Complex to deliver an Immune Boost of anti-oxidants and vitamins.

• DuBe Hemp Tea, a high level anti-oxidant green tea, Hemp and EGCG added antioxidant.

• P.H. Water, targeted to be the first functional Ph water that that includes scientific data that supports the increased Hydration with this patented Nobel Prize winning technology P.H. is an Alkaline based premium Ionized water.

• Hydo H2O,The world’s first Hydrogen water outside of Japan, where the technology was developed, will be branded Hydro H20.

• The company has a complete line of premium spirits which include vodka, rum and tequila. Obviously, Management, suppliers and vendors are very excited about the potential of these products. Another two items that set OCB aside is,

  • The Company will be one of the first to bottle beverages in a 100% biodegradable plastic, developed by Enzo.

  • The company will also have a new patented “Infusion Cap” that will deliver the anti-oxidants, vitamins and flavors fresh by turning the Cap, releasing the ingredients fresh as you begin to drink the beverage.

Mr. Danna, the Company's CEO, has over 30 years experience in running both private and public companies, including extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, franchising and marketing. Mr. Danna has served as a consultant to many public companies for public company administration, structuring and operations. He has been interviewed in a number of articles over the years and has conducted numerous press conferences. His focus is on consumer products and services that deliver a real benefit to consumers.

Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, Tom Atherton
Mr. Atherton has served as a Chief Financial Officer for several Nevada Casinos as well as being appointed to serve as Supervisor of Internal Control for the NV Gaming Control Board. He has an accounting degree and is a CPA.

Spirits Chief Operating Officer, Phil Restifo
With Mr. Restifo’s 14 years experience in the Spirits Industry, he is also been named President of a new wholly owned subsidiary, to be named Beverages Distributors, Inc. now being formed for distribution of our branded products and a select group of complimentary non-alcoholic and alcoholic Beverages to our current line. Mr. Restifo carries extensive experience in the liquor industry with distribution, wholesale importing, and exporting. Mr. Restifo holds Federal Import and wholesale permits and numerous state liquor licenses. Mr. Restifo has traveled the world seeking the best of the best of spirits.

Vice President of Sales, Leo Johnson
Mr. Leo Johnson has spent his entire career in sales positions selling consumer products. He has major contacts across the country with buyers in the non-alcoholic and alcoholic segments of the beverage industry.
